I dont know the reason why this itching ocurred ,is it due to cold or period? Can I take Advil to cure itching while periods..
Thanks..
Better to take levocetrizine or fexofenadine.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Advil is having ibuprofen.
It is painkiller and anti inflammatory drug.
It is not used for itching.
For itching, antihistamine drug like levocetrizine or fexofenadine is used.
So better not to take advil.
Instead of advil, take levocetrizine or fexofenadine while periods.
Your itching is mostly due to periods, not due to cold.
During periods, hormonal changes occur and this can cause itching into some females.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since no personal or family history of allergy, we can rule out allergy as a cause for your itching.
I can think of two possibilities.
1. Hormonal changes during menses
2. Reaction to the changing of any cosmetic or skin product.
So please let me know
1. Do you have regular menses? I am asking this because hormonal imbalance can cause irregular menses with skin itching.
2. Do you change something like soap or shampoo or other cosmetic thing recently?

In my opinion, you should change the soap and start levocetrizine.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Sometimes delayed reaction is seen with soaps.
So in my opinion, you should change this soap and use soaps with more glycerine and less chemicals like dove or pears.
Also take antihistamine drug like levocetrizine or fexofenadine twice daily.
You will mostly improve with all these.
