Suggest Remedies For Wounds In Hands And Legs Post An Injury

Question: I met with an accident yesterday... and there are cuts and wounds in my hands and legs. Skin wounds covers good area.
Please suggest what medication I should follow to recover fast.

Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
I hope you have washed your wounds nicely with soap, dettol and water.
You may apply NEOSPORIN ointment thrice a day on the wounds and cuts.
Take a TT injection today.

I took a TT injection. I washed the wounds. What should I use so that the wound marks doesn't occur.

Till the wounds heal, you have to use betadine to clean wounds and apply neosporin thrice a day.
The wounds will gradually heal themselves, you may use mometasone ointment twice a day on the wounds after they are fully healed. Don't use it for more than a month.
