Brief Answer:
You need to get x ray of the wrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you need to get x ray of the wrist as soon as possible as there is high chances of fracture of wrist at your age with such fall. This is called colles fracture and it is common above 50 years of age. I know that you are able to move wrist but that does not rule out fracture. Till you get your x ray I have following suggestions for you.
1.Ice application
2.Do not rub your wrist or massage as that can cause stiffness or increase swelling.
3. Do not keep your wrist hanging but keep it elevated.
4.Tablet Brufen can be taken or Ultracet for pain relief.
5.do not tie any bandage.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
