Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Bloating And Constipation

Question: I have stomach problems from few months, I am digest food properly, my stomach starts blowing up like a balloon whenever I eat something and no clear stool passing, every time I have to go two to three time in bathroom. Always stomach is filled with gas.

Please suggest me better medicine. From yesterday I started taking unienzyme tablets after having food...is it OK have this medicine for my problem ?

Possible IBS. Need Endoscopy.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

This could possibly be related to irritable bowel syndrome IBS.

Unizyme pills can be continued.

Before framing It as IBS, an Upper GIT endoscopy is highly required to rule out any organic bowel lesions.

Meanwhile I advice you to go for Zymex syrup 2 tsp twice a day for 4 weeks.This will improve digestion to a great extent.Please check with your physician if he can prescribe the same to you.

Further specific management for IBS if any is based on results of endoscopy.
