Brief Answer:
Constant inflammation. Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up query.

These reports are showing some constant inflammation going on. Raised platelet level shows exacerbation of inflammation . could be infection or trauma are two possible reasons for raised lab values.

Pain abdomen needs further evaluation.
Feeding tube needs to be inspected, need to correlate with clinical symptoms.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Brief Answer:
Get her examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up.

Constant inflammation because of J tube feeding. follow up needed to inspect J tube and examination of abdomen to check for any findings for any leakage at j tube or perforation of intestine.
As your child needs to be examined better to consult doctor.
