Brief Answer:
Premenstrual syndrome possibily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to premenstrual syndrome. Abdominal discomfort can be gastritis associated with that.
Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole (nexium) or rabeprazole will be helpful for this. You can also take antacids with anesthetics like mucaine gel.
Applying hot water bags on abdomen also will be helpful.

If there is no improvement then a consultation with your doctor and ultrasound examination should be done.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks
