Brief Answer:
You need regular follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Renal angiomyolipomata is often found incidentally. However,it can be associated with two other conditions like tuberous sclerosis (TS) and sporadic lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).So,it is important to rule out these conditions.
Classical form of angiomyolipomata contains vascular tissue, smooth muscle and adipose tissue.
These are slow growing mass and they may attain large size over a long time,so you need regular follow up.
If there is any complications like sudden increase in size, hemorrhage etc then patient may require surgical intervention.

What are the TS and LAM conditions you describe? Can the angiomyolipomata be excised through keyhole surgery and what are the risks of this?
