Does A Gluten-free Diet Reduce The Amount Of Glutamine Produced In The Body?

I have LAM -lymphangioleiomyomatosis. I am looking for medical/scientific information regarding glutamine as related to LAM cell growth. Also, does a gluten-free diet reduce the amount of glutamine produced in the body? Thank you for any guidance available. G.G.E.

Hi TSC 1/2 cells are dependent on glutamine metabolism via TCA cycle and TSC cells are related to LAM But how far gluten free diet helps in relieving symptoms of LAM is not clear. However fat free diet with supplementation of mid-chain triglycerides or fat free total parenteral nutrition may help to minimise volume of chyle formation and help in chylothorax and chylous ascites.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us
