Question: Hello please I had an abortionon Thursday, saw fleshy products coming out but very little and blood, I ddnt bleed soo heavy and ddnt bleed for too long..but I stoll have cramps not very severe just lightly comes and goes then pain on the breast also not constant ( comes nd goes) then back pain which is also not severe and also comes andgoes but what I noticed was the 2nd day, lil white discharge not thick but today Iits kinda thick, no itching, nothing. I want to be sure of am safe cos I still feel kinda week. I want to know if those signs are normal or mayb. Am still pregnant. Plss help me

The amount of clots and blood depends on the period of gestation.. At 4 weeks the products will be less..

I would suggest to get a pelvic scan done to see for retained products of conception.. If there is retained products either a repeat dose of vaginal abortion pill might be required or a D and C depending on the amount of products left..

today I noticed that anything I eat, I feel like throwing up, I ate in the morning and had to put my hand in my mouth to comit it and now am trying to eat again and I feel like vomiting, I also feel like going to the toilet but nothing is coming out.. I just attached my results check please. it states that the uterus s bulky with a well. defined gestational sac. no obvious fetal pole or activity is seen within the sac yet. GSD; 10.6MM EGA; 5WEEKS 1DAY.The cervix is closed both adnexae and the pod re free. conclusion; early single intra uterine cyesis. Repeat pelvic uss in 2wiks to ascertain viability. what does it mean?

You will have to repeat the abortion pill after consulting your doctor as it is a prescription based medicine.. Another option is to undergo D and C to evacuated the products.. It is not safe to continue the pregnancy after taking abortion pill as it can cause anomalies in the baby..

Abortion pills are known to cause gastric irritation and gastric ulcer.. Pain in the upper abdomen can be due to gastric irritation.. The pain and burning sensation causes decreased appetite.. Your problems will be further aggravated by the growing pregnancy..

I would suggest to take antacids and pantoprazole for 10 days which will give you relief from the symptoms.. You can contact your doctor for the prescription.. If the symptoms do not decrease you need to consult a gastroenterologist to rule out gastric ulcer.. Most of them get relief with oral medication..

Don't worry about the D and E, it is a simple procedure..

yes..Thank you soo much. .I have done the d and e yesterday. soo painful but I thank God its all over..Please can you give me tips on how to care for myself after it, I couldn't ask the doctor was still sleepy when I finished. the doctor said my uterus was facing up so he had to bring down; I hope am safe on that? thank u soo much

no pains when urinating, I started bleeding yesterday passing some fleshy products.. its really been soo painful since yesterday but an taking my medications, cant wait for this to be over.my gynecologist has prescribed a strongemr pain killer that would make me sleep because been in pains and find it hard to sleep... another thing.
