Question: Hi sir my face has black dots and also my face is fully black I want to became white is there any cream is there to became fair please tell some medicine or cream sir

At your age this can be caused by blockage in draining ducts of sebaceous glands which is present all over the face that might have infected leading to black heads

Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues and you haven't uploaded the photograph, so in my opinion you should consult a dermatologist for detailed evaluation and a course of antibiotics under supervision if need arises.

Wash your face antiseptic soap and water
Multivitamin supplements
