Brief Answer:
It is normal to have blood in urine after ESWL.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone ESWL to fragment stone in your kidney and since then getting hematuria.

The hematuria after ESWL is normal and is due to minimal injury to the kidney by shock waves that are being used to fragment the stone .

The hematuria will get resolved within a week .

As regards still not passing any fragments in urine I would like to let you know that the fragmentation of stone depends upon the hardness of the stone .Hard stones are normally fragmented in second or third sitting of ESWL.

Take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin twice daily to prevent infection and ensure to drink more water .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
