This is the largest of the three wounds. The color varies during the week and is sometimes a much deeper red. The thin scab has a bubbly surface and I have scraped the bubbles off, but they simply grow back the same way each time. I have even shaved them off which caused them to bleed but nothing changed. The wound is very unsightly to the point I can't wear shorts. Any suggestions you have on how to help heal this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. XXXX

Hi and thanks for this image.
I have reviewed it fully. This wound seems very superficial and not visibly infected. My approach would be that you go ahead and try the following:
1. Keep this area dry and airy.
2. Cleanse twice daily with iodine antiseptic.
3. Do not apply any further products or drugs to this.
4. Also, avoid tight fitting dresses that would constant come in contact with this wound.
Let's review this wound in 3-4days and if there is no significant improvement, then I may recommend that you consider seeing a physician for in person examination.
Let me know what your take is and also the follow up on how well this wound is progressing over time. Until then, I wish you well.
