Suggest Remedy For Blurry Vision And Floaters After Cataract Surgery
Question: I am 45 years old. I had a cataract surgery 4 days ago. Now i have following observations.
1. My right eye was operated.Earlier I had uveitis to my right eye. Since last month I had a blurry vision.
doctor advised for cataract operation. I underwent it.
2. He replaced my original lens with Acrylic Toric cylindrical lens.
3.Surgery was successful .I am putting Drops - Megabrome and Gatilox twice a day.
Now my vision of right eye is much clear. No redness, no watering, no itching complaint of right eye. Doctor examined eye very next day evening. Every thing was found to be normal. He said after a week I will get the new spectacle number. I resumed the office today.
4.Only thing is now I can not read. When My both the eyes will be normal? Right now I feel the objects to be too bright. I was told only not to rub the eyes, and not to take a head bath for 15 days and not to wash face for a week. No other precautions.Doctor said may be for a month you may feel eye watering, itching sensation. But it is normal.
5. Are this acrylic lenses durable ? What is a difference between laser treatment for cataract and lens replacement?
6. My floaters didnt go by this lens replacement.(Doctor had already given idea about this priorly.)
Pl. suggest the way to get rid of floaters to aquire yet sharp vision.
7. Pl suggest post cataract precautions.

Thanks for urgent reply.
1. I am given protective plastic white coloured goggle. I resumed the office today.
I can not see clearly when i am using this plastic goggle. I am not feeling comfortable . Feeling concious about the right eye.
2. Even i cant watch computer or read clearly. Doctor said that he will give spectacle after a week.
3. I feel very afraid because my vision is too bright.
4. When start watching T.V. or computer without spects , i feel that i am giving stress to my eyes. But I can see the bright colours. Of course floaters are troubling me a bit.
5. I hope i can continue the office work without giving much strain to eyes. I am using sunglasses while travelling or going in hot sun.
I am taking necessary precautions as u have directed.
6 When can I watch T.V. or U tube and computer for longer time without giving stress to my eyes?? How many hours I should sleep daily to give relief to my eyes?
Am I taking over care ? Are these natural things that after operation it will take time to adjust the vision with surroundings?
