Question: I've had an ache in my bicept sometimes my shoulder. I've had difficulty lifting my arm above my shoulder. This morning I woke up with a large bruise 3 inch by 2 inches, purple, pink in color. It seems the ache has moved to the front of my bicep and there is a lump under the bruise.

Please get your CBC and peripheral blood smear detail reported. Detailed examination and blood investigations are entailed to detect the cause. So I suggest you to consult your doctor soon for thorough evaluation.

Presently apply cold compress and you can apply diclofenac spray to relieve pain.
