Question: Hi,
For the passed 4 days now I've had this very small (only felt when I pass my tongue over it) bump in the middle of my mouth, on my lower lip. It doesn't hurt, nor does it itch or burn.. It's just annoying. What could it be an how can I treat it?
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Traumatic ulcer due to lip biting.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

It could be traumatic ulcer due to unintentional lip biting or some mosquito bite.Various other reasons can be:-
- vitamin deficiency
- gastric upset
- any systemic disease like syphilis
- fibrous growth

If doesn't resolve within a week then consult dentist.
Meanwhile take some multivitamin.
If its size increases then go for biopsy.

Hope I answered your query
