Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Back And Legs

Question: I had an mri which showed a lesion inside m spinal cord at the location of the t spine. a second mri with contrast showed that it looked somewhat better. my dr is consulting his associates about what to do in my case. however this morning I woke up with new symptoms. I am burning down the middle of my lower back and it is running down my left leg which has been numb for a while but I am having trouble walking this morning should I be concerned?
