Brief Answer:
Will need a bit more information...

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.I am sorry for your condition.
In my opinion chronic vulval itching might lead to burning sensation in the area.
Or it might be vulvodynia where in there is vulval discomfort ,warmth feeling without any infection.
Before going to discussion I need to know:-
1)Do you have any vaginal discharge?
2)Do you suffered from yeast infection?
3)Any colour change of skin over vulva?
4)Are you sexually active ?
Kindly let me know the above things.
Looking forward to hear from you.

Brief Answer:
infections if any should be treated

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
It is good to know that you are investigated for all the possible infections causing your symptoms.
In my opinion if any infection is found positive ,it might be the cause for the vulval symptoms and treating it might give relief.
If no infection is found positive, the vulval symptoms might be attributed to a condition called vulvodynia where in there is warmth, burning and stinging sensation over vulva .
Vulvodynia might be due to hypersensitive nerves in that area, hormonal imbalance, wearing tight clothes, stress etc.
There is no specific treatment but following the below things might give you relief like:-
1)Wear loose cotton inners.Avoid tight jeans.
2)Avoid activities which cause pressure over vulval area like cycling, horse riding etc.
3)Avoid scented toilet papers, deodorants, perfumes over vulva.
4)Take antihistamines like cetrizine tablet once or twice daily.
5)Avoid stress if any.
6)Strengthening of pelvic floor muscles by doing kegel exercises daily.
Antidepressants are also being prescribed but it might be last option.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
it might be normal physiological discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion there might be two possibilities for white discharge in vagina.
If the discharge is curdy white it might be yeast infection and it might be associated with itching. And it might subside after you finish the course of medicine for yeast infection.
If it is mucus that is sticky white discharge it might be cervical secretions which are seen cyclically and not associated with itching and foul smelling. It doesn't required treatment. As there is no smell or anything mostly it might be normal.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr srilatha
