Brief Answer:
Possibility of steroid induced weight gain is more.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Asthma needs chronic treatment.
Best treatment of asthma is inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
In my opinion, no need for budesonide if you are taking salmeterol /fluticasone combination.
Budesonide is inhaled corticosteroid.
Diprofos is having betamethason. It is also steroid.
So avoid unnecessary use of systemic steroids.
Weight gain is common side effect of systemic steroid.
It can also cause infection like pneumonia due to poor immunity. So possibility of lung Infection is high in your case because you are having chest congestion. So get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
Avoid unnecessary use of steroid injections.
You may need antibiotics for chest congestion.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
