Suggest Remedy For Chronic Back Pain

Question: I have chronic lower back pain that radiates down my leg (sciatica probably) however now it is accompanied by piercing pain across the front of my pelvic girdle. Do you think they are related?

Front pelvic pain (groin pain) can be related to the spinal issue. But it can also be caused by inguinal hernia, adductor muscles inflammation or even hip issue. Its really very hard to tell not being able to examine you.
For sure you should have spine and pelvis MRI to see the spine condition. Groin pain should be examined by general surgeon or orthopedist. In case of doubts, groin ultrasound should be done.
