Question: I am having cold. Mucus feeling in Throat and Nose blockage. No Fever. What medicines can i take?

Hi,

How long you been dealing with this issue?

The symptoms could be due to an acute infection in the upper respiratory tract or a sinus inflammation with post nasal drip. I will suggest that you start steam inhalation taken atleast 4-6 times a day along with oral antihistamines like levocetrizine 10mg once at night for 3 days.
Nasal decongestant will provide additional benefits provided you don't use them for more than 5 days.

If symptoms worsen or if you develop fever, you need to be evaluated further and the need for antibiotic treatment should be discussed.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday night i took 1 Levocetrizine. I use Vicks cough drops, nasal drops and steam inhalation. However today i am suffering from both blocked nose and running nose. Shall i continue the same for 2 more days? can you suggest any antihistamines?

Levocetrizine is an antihistamines. Continue it along with steam inhalation and nasal decongestant drops for few days more. If symptoms persist beyond 5 days or if you develop other symptoms, please visit your doctor.
