Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for these symptoms is a self limiting viral illness. We see such cases routinely in our clinical practice and recommend the following measures:
1. Start antihistamine such as Syp. Maxtra or Tixylix baby syrup (2.5ml thrice daily). It will help in cough.
2. Give a probiotic such as enterogermina twice daily for 5 days.It will help in replenishing healthy gut flora.
3. Syp. Zinconia or ZnD containing zinc supplement will be useful. Give 5 ml once daily for next 14 days. This treats the present gut infection and also helps in immunity.
4. Ensure regular feeds and plenty of fluids to keep him well hydrated.
5. Start ORS if the poops become more watery, copious and frequent.
Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Cetzine syrup 2.5ml twice
Candibiotic ear drops
Enterogermina 2 times
P250 2.5 ml 3 times 3 days
Do not give P250 routinely
Detailed Answer:
There is no need for P250 at 8 hourly interval. Give it only for fever spikes which are more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Mild rise in temperature is a defensive response of our bodies against infections.
You may continue with cetrizine syrup but hold salmodil plus if there is no prominent cough. Also, no need for candibiotic ear drops if there is no ear infection present.
Enterogermina will be useful. Start zinc supplement as suggested earlier.
