I have studied your case and I think that you are having knee osteoarthritis with synovitis. I would suggest you following.
1.Avoid sitting on floor or sitting cross leg, as it damages knee cartilage.
2.Tablet Brufen 400 mg daily for seven days.
3.Knee aspiration can be done to remove fluid and steroid injection can be given.
4.Take regular calcium and vitamin D 3 .
5. Avoid smoking as it causes decrease blood flow and it leads to cold feet.
