Brief Answer:
Corn; I suggest a topical keratolytic

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query and I have also noted down your concern

I have reviewed the Images. This looks like a corn (it has intact dermatoglyphics in contrast to a wart in which dermatoglyphics are interupted). I suggest you to use a keratolytic solution e.g 'Duofilm liquid' once daily at night.
Before application, Immerse your foot in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. This would make skin soft and hydrated, dry with clean towel and thereafter apply this keratolytci liquid with the help of an applicator (supplied with the product) at the site of corn. Repeat this every night.
The corn would soften and peel off after a few days.
Avoid tight wearing shoes/ footwear as this corn has most likely formed due to pressure/ friction/rubbing against bone of adjacent toe.
