Brief Answer:
Can be due to premenstrual symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The cramp that you are feeling can be due to premenstrual symptoms or be an intestinal cramp. Such cramps usually subside on their own with rest. If the pain is mild then take an over the counter anti spasmodic for relief.
In case the pain is severe or is gradually increasing then do attend an ER for proper investigations and diagnosis.
