Brief Answer:
these are possible side effects

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Linzess (linaclotide) is used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation.

It causes the release of electrolytes, chloride and bicarbonate, into the intestines and also speeds up the transit time in the bowel (makes the intestinal contents come out faster- possible diarrhea)

Diarrhea can occur in 16 to 20% of persons who use this medication- approximately 1 in 5 persons.
Vomiting is less common- 1 to 2% but can still occur.

This means that it is definitely possible that the medication is responsible for the symptoms that you are experiencing.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
