Question: Penis Discoloration, irritation and dark cut like marks on shaft The skin is sticky/moist as well. Please see uploaded pictures of discoloration on shaft and near head.

This may be due to fungal infection or may also be due to excessive use of harsh soap and salty water. If you did not had any risky serial exposure, there is nothing big to worry. Try using mild soaps and pure water while washing that area. Avoid excessive use of harsh soaps.
You may also need physical exam by a dermatologist to exclude fungal infection and may need antifungal creams like clotrimazole of diagnosis is confirmed.

I haven't had any sexual exposure in 60 days and it wasn't risky (unless the condom was used incorrectly).
I went to a urologist and he said he could not rule out fungal infection. He gave me a cream to use but said only use it if it worsens. I have not used it due to the fact that he wasn't 100% sure. The product is called nystatin. It is external cream. Should it be applied to the whole penis? I know you can't tell me what to do. But could you provide further recommendation or guidance based on the information i just shared?
