Suggest Remedy For Discomfort After Surgery For Undescended Testicle

Question: I had an operation for an undescended testicle when I was fourteen and a further operation when I was nineteen to have it removed as the first operation was unsuccessful. I have experimented with numerous types of pants but have never felt really comfortable. The remaining testicle quite often seems to be very tight while I get a bit of an ache where the other one was removed. The consequence is that I almost never feel I can be relaxed or uninhibited and this has affected my enthusiasm for life. Are there any specially designed garments I could wear or are there other actions I could take to make me more comfortable. XXXXXXX

I completely understand your situation. Your gubernaculum (the fibres that connect a testis with the respective scrotal sac) was tight and that has been the reason that your other testis feels tight. But you need not feel clumsy about that. You can use a T-Bandage or a scrotal support and that can give you some relief.
