Question: My son 13 is experiencing discomfort when he urniates. says he feels like something on inside of his opening
not sexual. urniate often and not a lot.

Discomfort during urination at penis head or urethra with increased urinary frequency could be related to infection of urethra or glans penis.
But to assess his condition better , let me know some more information regarding your son.
Since how many days he is facing this discomfort?
Any burning or pain during urination?
Burning or itching over penis head or glans penis?
Any change in urine color, if noticed?
Any abdominal pain during urination?

Son says a little better after 1 use of the AZO standard . But I still want your opinion . He said a little stomach ache . A little burn during urniation . No itch . No burn on outside color of urine was a little darker than usual . No fever no back ache .

If he is feeling better after AZO standard with little stomach pain and burning , then it is likely due to concentrated urine which I would think as the first possibility here.
However, chances of urinary infection (although less likely here) should also be ruled out to be on the safer side by Routine & Microscopy urine test.
Till the time, Continue with AZO standard.
Ask him to drink plenty of water (minimum 3 to 4 liters a day) which will help to flush urinary system.
Urinary alkaliser like liquid Citralka 5ml Three times daily for next 3-4 days would also be helpful.
Otherwise there is nothing concerned much, we can expect to see improvement within 2 to 3 days with above symptomatic treatment.
