Normal 0.9 percent Using oxygen at hospital
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand that your baby has deep cough and cold.
The dose of t minic is fine.
Saline nebulisations are given at hospital with oxygen using nebulisations mask.
The normal concentration is 0.9 percent.
Sometimes if cough is severe with chest signs and distress we do recommend 3 percent saline nebulisations.
Your doctor would be the right person to decide after examining her.
Wishing your child good health.

Dr Arun
