Brief Answer:
Requires investigation if persistent
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks
The pulse rate is high and the other parameters are normal unless they have changed from previously recorded values. The raised pulse rate is not a feature of dementia unless it was recorded during an emotional outburst. The common causes are anemia, an infection which is often urinary or occult or hyperthyroidism which may not produce the usual symptoms in the elderly.
She requires to be investigated if the high pulse rate persists
Take care,
