Brief Answer:
Stretch exercise and physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Weight gain is usual above 50 years, especially after menopause. This is because, body's metabolism slows down at this time. Since your thyroid function is normal, not to worry.
Physiotherapy and stretch exercses are excellent in the treatment of Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis.
May i suggest coupld of blood tests?
1) CBC, ESR
2) Fasting blood glucose
3) 8 AM serum cortisol
4) Liver function tests
5) Serum creatinine, blood urea
6) Electrlytes
7)Vitamin B12
8) Vitamn D

Binu
