My father is around 62yrs and he is suffering from fever and body pains from yesterday.

At this age, I would prefer to keep away from strong NSAID which have very good pain reducing potentials unless required. Hence my suggestion would be to use paracetamol 650mg tablets like medamol 650mg twice or thrice a day for 2-3 days.
This medicine is for symptomatic relief only. Should he persist to have fever and other symptoms beyond 3 days, I would like him to be evaluated by a local doctor. Further management will be based on clinical examination and evaluation results.
Encourage him to drink plenty of fluids if he has no renal or cardiac disorders. Adequate rest and nutritious diet will be helpful.
