Question: Y is my son running a constant fever since last week he was diagnosed with strep throat. I have been giving him his meds on time and he still running fever and his private parts are peeling his eyes are red we have been to the er 3 times they say they cant find anything.
Brief Answer:
Some ongoing infection is likely to be the cause of the fever.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Some ongoing infection is likely to be the cause of the fever. Please mention how long this has been going on. I would insist you to upload the reports and they would enable me to better evaluate the situation. The peeling of different body parts concerns me and I would strongly recommend you to ask your doctor to evaluate him for Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome or toxic epidermolysis. You need to see a pediatrician. Going to the ER would not help.
