Question: I HAVE A FLUTTERING SENSATION IN MY PENIS AND A DULL PAIN PAIN BETWEEN MY LEFT SACK AND THIEGH NOT A BAD PAIN ITS RIGHT NEXT TO A PEACE OF SMALL SKIN GROUTH THAT I HAVE TRYED TOO PULL OFF
