Brief Answer:
Can be related to labor pains.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Frequent urination, frequent stools, mild pain in the lower abdomen and pressure in the pelvis can be due to uterine contractions. It can happen due to a preterm labor.
Since you have a placenta praevia and a transverse lie of the baby, you need to consult your gynecologist for an evaluation. At 36 weeks it is better to get medicines to reduce these pains.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
