Suggest Remedy For Genital Warts

Question: Hi there I have what looks like a very small water blister on the bottom outside edge of my pee hole. It's been there for over 10 years I have never been sexualy active so I know it's not an STD. I really want to get rid of it without seeing a doctor if possible because of insurance purposes. Can I send a pick? Can a wart from your hand cause a wart on your penis to grow?
