Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .
Read your query, pain in gum in region of premolar and molar can be due to some region which include : Periodontal problem (formation of periodontal pocket ) , carious tooth (proximal or root caries ) , pericoronitis (partially erupted third molar) or due to impacted third molar causing referred pain due to smaller jaw .
Can you attached a report (image) or radiograph (if you have) of premolar or molar teeth that will be more helpful for me to arrive at conclusion and give you proper diagnosis.
Based on the detail provided I will suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene , do warm saline rinses , Use chlorhexdine mouthwash regularly , you can do betadine gargle .
For pain you can take medicine like Ibugesic plus or ketrol dt by consulting with local doctor .
