Suggest Remedy For Hallucinations While On Dramamine And Atorvastatin

Question: I went scuba diving yesterday, and took my meds as usual: Buproprion, atorvastatin, omeprazole in the early morning. I also took Dramamine (2) when I arrived at the boat. I did get seasick anyway, but I also felt surreal and like I was hearing my friends talking but from a distance. Also, my nose started itching to the point that I was putting ice on it. I had a headache and was throwing up, which I know can be attributed to seasickness, however, the weird part happened the last time I went diving and I wasn't seasick at all, although I had taken Dramamine. I felt almost like I hallucinated somewhat, and the very minute I closed my eyes, I would dream vividly although I could still hear my friends talking...weird. What could have caused this?

Can you suggest a different remedy/drug for seasickness? I am a commercial diver. I have always used Dramamine and it has always made me feel weird, however the last two times were a little too weird.

A good alternative to Dramamine to prevent seasickness is Meclizine ( Antivert, Bonine ).

It shows less side effects than Dramamine especially less drowsiness.
