Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Considering your clinical details,I would suggest you to undergo the following investigations as a part of the evaluation of your symptoms,in order to establish the diagnosis-
1)Nerve conduction studies-to look for the evidence of neuropathy
2)Blood sugar-Fasting and post prandial
3)Thyroid function tests(Hypothyroidism can manifest with these symptoms, sometimes)
Meanwhile,I would suggest you to start taking multivitamins and antioxidants supplements on a regular basis as their deficiency can result in these symptoms.
Besides, anxiety can commonly result in such symptoms. So,I would suggest you to start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation,as that may help to improve your symptoms.
Please get back to me after the investigations,as advised.
If you have any further questions for now,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
