
Suggest Remedy For Headaches, Breathing Problem And Discomfort In Chest

I am 28 years since from one year I feeling feeling uncomfortable in left side of my chest
Because of that I am getting headache breathing problem un easy in trout I meet some doctors and took some test Bp, echo, ecg and every thing but reports shows normal I don't know why I am getting like every day I am suffering please help me for my problem and give some valuable suggestions to overcome.

I can understand your concern.
You have symptoms of chest discomfort, breathlessness, headache since 1 year.All investigations are normal so no chance of cardiac/respiratory problem is there.
Many patients like you with these symptoms go to physician. Sometime they went to one to another doctor but no diagnosis or solution is there. At last they diagnosed as anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are very prevalent in community. 4 out of 100 persons suffer from the same.
To diagnose which type of anxiety disorder is there detail history and mental status examination are to be done by a psychiatrist.
Treatment is there.
Best treatment anxiety disorders includes both medicines and cognitive behavior therapy(CBT).
In mild cases only CBT is sufficient. In moderate to severe cases initially medicines and then CBT is added. And later on medicines stopped gradually.
If medicines alone are used chances of relapse are more after stopping the medicines.
In medicines SSRI group of drugs(fluoxetine,paroxetine,sertraline, escitalopram) are main stay of the treatment.I prefer paroxetine. Benzodiazepines group of drugs(clonazeapm,lorazepam or etizolam) are used initially for short duration for fast symptomatic relief.
In conclusion you should consult psychiatrist to get rid of this problem.

Thank you very much for giving me your valuable suggestions, yes since from 2014 we have many financial problems so I am the only one who is going to earn the money to my family. Since from my child hood I don't know any problems I used to enjoy my life but suddenly my father had very big financial problems and we loss everything I am thinking on that always my age is 28 but I am not interested in marriage now they are forcing me to marry some but I am not accepting because I want to come back from my mental health and then I can.
This is my main problem sir mentally I am not strong I don't know what happened to me I am not really concentrating on my work also. Please give some solutions to come out and become mentally strong, because I want to achieve something this my goal, I want to see my father again how he was in previous.

Doctor report like I have linear ulcer at the below end of oesophagus

Your history suggests that you are likely suffering from depression. Economical stress,excessive thoughts, being not able to enjoy life, lack of concentration,feeling mentally weak and other physical problems all are symptoms of depression.It can surely be treated.
In vegetarian people when excessive stress or excessive thoughts are there Vitamin B12 deficiency/lower level is likely. It is used in our brain for thought process as well as for many other function. I would recommend you take injections of Vitamin B12. It will help.
Ulcer may be there before your psychiatric problem and stress has just exaggerated the same or it may be stress induced. In any case treatment for ulcer as well as stress reduction is necessary.
Regular sleep, timely healthy meals and daily exercise must be followed to prevent depression from worsening as well as for improvement.

Night shift worker faces many problem. Due to diurnal variation their food habit and sleep are disturbed.
You should have at least 6 and maximum 8 hours sleep per day. In meals you can have more vegetables and fruits with routine home made food.Add some sprouts once or twice a week. Avoid junk food(like burger,pizza, pasta, excessive paneer,cheese) as far as possible. Meals on proper time is also necessary.
You have to made time table on your own in which you can adjust your sleeping hours.Do not take heavy meal at a time. Break your meal intake in 4 to 5 sessions- Breakfast, lunch, evening snack,light dinner and break at workplace.
Do not go for sleep immediately after meal.
You can have vitamin B12 supplement tablets like MBSON SL one daily if you are pure vegetarian.
Avoid spicy food if you are having gastric discomfort at present.

Sir I am fine now, I am trying to come out of my anxiety problem, started walking daily for 1 hour after completing my office early in the morning.
But daily for some time I am facing pinching feeling in Left side of chest at time I getting tension For 10 to 15 mins after that I am fine, this is because of gastric problem or anything please let me I am facing daily this problem I quited smoking from two months. This is only the problem I am facing because of that problem I am not getting good sleep daily as I told you earlier I am doing night shifts.

Pain in left side of chest likely due to gastric problem or anxiety.If it is associated with meals then gastric problem is there and for that antacid like rantac or pentoprazole will help and avoid spicy food.
If it is associated with any stress or onset without any reason and subsiding on its own it is likely due to anxiety. Your work up for cardiac problem has been done so that possibility is ruled out.
One least possibility is muscular pain.
Considering your available history I guess it is likely due to anxiety. Just avoid excessive thoughts about such pain. When it happens take deep slow breaths(inhale for 3 seconds, keep breath in lungs for 3 seconds and exhale slowly over 3 seconds.)
If you learn to avoid this pain , gradually frequency of this pain will be reduced and it will stop.
In any case if pain persists, consultation of psychiatrist is needed. You will be helped with details psychotherapy and/or medicines.

I am thinking about Yoga and Meditation is also best for my case to come out from this feelings can you please advice on it and also i not getting proper sleep daily i used to sleep like 3-4 hours only as i am doing night shift it is not enough for me to sleep like 4 hours can please advise how to get good sleep.

Yes yoga and meditation are likely going to help you for stability. Do it regularly. It will show results late but results will be very good and long lasting.
It is difficult to describe about this approach in detail here. You can learn with some local yog trainer or with help of internet/books.
An adult requires 6-8 hours of sleep per day.Many of the the shift workers face sleep disturbance. I often come across such patients.My approach is to give zolpidem or low dose clonazepam according to shift changes before sleeping.
