Brief Answer:
Appears to be muscle twitching due to hypocalcemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the symptoms and query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears due to muscle twitching which is caused by minor contractions of muscle in the area. Its usually seen in single nerve fiber area.

2. Muscle twitching are minor and as it is near the heart, you must be thinking more about it.

3. As you stretch the muscle due to external effect, the twitching disappears.

4. Commonly stress, anxiety, caffeine or low calcium can increase muscle twitching.

5. Calcium supplements or diet rich in calcium along with relaxation should help.

6. It is not a cardiac condition, as you would have dizziness and palpitations along with it.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
