Brief Answer:
Add Sitagliptan to Galvasmet and Reclide

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern.

You seem to have inappropriate response to oral hypoglycemics.

This can be treated effectively through diet modification and additional drug like Sitagliptan.

This drug is known to reduce the blood sugar levels quite effectively and can prevent hypoglycemic episodes .

This drug is usually taken once a day for 3-6 months.

Please note this drug can be taken only under medical prescription.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Janumet 50/500 +Reclide XR 60 is preferable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

welcome again,

I understand your query and concern.

Janumet 50/500(contains sitagliptin) is preferable to use twice a day along with Reclide XR-60 in your case to prevent blood glucose exacerbations.

Get FBS and PPBS after 1month/ HbA1c after 3months to know the drug response.

Post your further queries if any,

Thankyou
