Brief Answer:
It is a hypertrophied Scar

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you had a injury to your frenulum 6 months back and now there is a growth at the site of injury .

What you see skin growth is a hypertrophied scar which is a normal response of healing with excess of scar tissue .

Since it does is painless and does not itch or does not impose any problem in sex it should be left alone .

In case it starts itching you may apply steroid cream and gently massage it .

Be rest assured that it is not wart .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you for your reply, it has put my mind at ease.

However, would you suggest any possible treatment to reduce its size or remove it completely?
