                                            Hello, Need not worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Well you have mild increase in bilirubin above the normal levels.
Need to know some details before I can opine like reports of direct and indirect fraction in both bilirubin reports. Also need to know the SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline phosphate levels too. This will help in knowing if jaundice is liver origin or because of other causes. Also fall in haemoglobin levels need to be looked in to by looking for any blood loss from stools, hemolysis (RBC rupturing in blood) which can be done by some specialised tests if needed.
Your MCV and MCH levels are almost normal so no need to do worry on them.
Also mention of reports like hepatitis B, C. Sonography (ultrasound ) done if any.
Over all done not look like any to worry.
No need of any unnecessary diet restriction.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
