does hepatitis affect your period very curious because im going on 3 months without a period. I Found out that i was diagnosed with hepatitis when i went to my gynocologist for my yearly pap smear Aug 29. COuld hepatitis be the reason or i might need to take a test
The irregular periods seem to be due to hormonal imbalance, not hepatitis itself. However, we should first rule out possible pregnancy. As you've been missing your periods for 3 months now, it's time to take the test. If no pregnancy, then should run gynecological examination and ultrasound to determine the right cause.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
