Good bowel movements important
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Straining during bowel movements has caused hemorrhoids in you. A good bowel movement would help to relieve the symptoms.
You need to take high fiber diet, take fiber supplements and drink enough fluids to ease bowel movements. A good well formed soft stool will prevent straining and worsening of hemorhoids.
Severe forms of hemorrhoids may need surgical treatment.
It is less likely to be cancer.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Quick follow up. I did a self check in the shower. Inside my anus, which is very tight and swollen, on the back wall by the tail bone were two very small but hard bumos under the skin, about an inch inside.
