Suggest Remedy For Inflammation On Chest After Recovering From Cold
Question: In the last few days I have noticed that, after coming off a bout with cold and flu, I now have some kind of inflammation when I engage in my chest when I engage in cardio exercise. I am 59 and I'm in good shape, I'm a little over 6 feet and weigh 188. Typically I work out 4 days a week with an hour of cardio and some rowing, light weights and some crunches. This just started and the pain immediately stops when I stop working out.
Any clues as to what it can be? I haven't had any issues with acid reflux in the past, I do drink a lot of milk, I'm not a smoker or drinker. I do tend to have some constipation fairly regularly. Thank you.
