Suggest Remedy For Intermittent High Fever And Severe Stomach Pain

Check for urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns but don't worry. The reports are fine. There seems to be some mild infection or inflammation going on which has lead to the episodes of fever, vomiting and stomach pain in your child. Spleen size is perfectly fine for his age.
The likely reason can be urinary tract infection or gastroenteritis episode which are quite common in this age and lead to such presentation. So, I would recommend you to go for a urine and stool routine and microscopic examination along with urine culture. I do not find any indication of endoscopy and colonoscopy at present. So, discuss it thoroughly with your doctor.
You may upload his urine and stool reports and your doctor's reason for scopies for my review so that I may advice you the best possible management plan.
Hopefully it will be of help.

Unlikely due to celiac disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Do not worry. Celiac disease occurs due to gut allergy to wheat, rye and barley. Kids suffering from celiac have poor weight gain, recurrent diarrhoea, bloating, gas (flatulence, farting), anemia, fatigue, etc. The symptoms are very unlikely due to celiac disease.
You may upload his reports for my review as soon as they come.
