Hello Dear Sir
Welcome to this portal with your query.
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist. I have minutely studied all the pictures and gone through the history.
I will explain to you both the reason and the remedies available to deal with problem effectively.
This presentation resembles the infection, mostly yeast like organisms, which tend to grow in the skin folds and areas that are not adequately exposed to air and sometimes are left in conditions that are less than very hygienic. It is a common problem in several of my patients.
The strategy that I adopt in my patients is as follows and the results are generally highly favorable.
The problem is not often related to a sexual exposure.
1 Keep the area clean, but use only plain water and dry immediately thereafter.
2 Apply Clotrimazole cream which is an OTC product three times a day
3 Use a broad spectrum antifungal like Ketoconazole, which is a prescription medicine. Your physician will be knowing that an LFT should be done before starting the medication.
4 Zyrtec or another antiallergic to control itching. Levocetirizine 5 mg a day is another good option.
5 Have blood sugar levels tested as these symptoms sometimes are due to early or poorly managed Diabetes.
I hope you will take appropriate action to get back to normal health as early as possible.
I will be happy to guide you in case you need any clarifications.
All the best from us!

Thanks for this reply in detail.I am an engineer. Now i will use Clotrimazole cream and mostly i may not have sugar because last 6 months back only i have done full masterhealth checkup at appolo XXXXXXX and no sugar.
Regarding my left hand palm ,left hand indexfinger and left side foot i have attached photographs.First Index finger i have seen small bump last one month back and i have peeled myself to remove any pus/liquid but nothing inside its just like air bubble nothing liquid, mostly i have peeled layers of skin but no pus( photos attached). After peel i left as it is now its rough skin surface.(photo attached). So in hand palm bump i have not peeled. In foot its different under bump small tumor like feeling also visually its different as seen in hand palm and index finger.i feel small pain or itchy when i press.
1.weather its because of virus , warts or body heat or any other infection.
2.Is it any relation to the pennis bump which you have analysed/seen before.
3.Weather the same Clotrimazole cream will work on this ? or different medication required.
Thanks,
Regards,
V XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Different conditions, needing different solutions
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear Sir,
Welcome again.
I have seen all the pics again, compared them, and found that all three, i.e. lesions on genitals, index finger, and foot are different skin conditions which in all probability arose at different points of time and are less likely to be related.
The lesions on index finger seems to be a callosity or wart. Whereas a wart is viral in origin and needs to be removed, the callosities are thickenings caused due to repeated friction or pressure on some point of skin. It needs to be examined in person and them tackled as per result of the examination.
The foot lesions seems to be a bacterial infection having good probability of responding to Mupirocin cream applied several times a day. Once it regresses, the cream can be stopped and close observation performed to see how it behaves. Most likely it should go away but if it recurs then a physical checkup will be needed.
Answers to your specific questions:
1 Finger lesion could be viral infection
2 Unrelated to genital lesions
3 Clotrimazole unlikely to benefit extra-genital lesions in this case. Mupirocin should be better.
Once again, I want to ask you to seek help, if needed.
Best wishes
