Brief Answer:
Chronic skin eczema
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the pictures.
You seem to have developed a chronic eczema over the arms .
Have you ever noticed any aggravation of itching or redness on exposure to sunlight .
Try to wear full sleeves clothes when out in the sun .
Since triamcinolone is not helping much in your case ,you need to be switched to a higher topical steroid cream like beclomethasone or clobetasol .You can discuss this with your treating doctor .
Short course of oral steroids might also be required along .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Do not apply any irritants like dettol or savlon over the arms .Use a mild cleanser for bathing .
Regular antihistamines like levocetrizine or Benadryl are also needed .
Hope it helps
